3. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

You acknowledge and agree that we are not a licensed medical physician, doctor, physical therapist or registered dietitian . The information and services provided are for informational purposes only and are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You should consult with a physician or other healthcare provider before beginning any new exercise or nutrition program.

4. User Responsibilities and Assumption of Risk

Health and Medical Information: You agree to provide and maintain true, accurate, and complete information about your health as requested by us through a health questionnaire, waiver, or other forms.

Assumption of Risk: You understand that physical exercise involves inherent risks, including the possibility of physical injury. By participating in our programs, you voluntarily assume all known and unknown risks associated with these activities.

Follow Instructions: You agree to follow all safety protocols, instructions, and proper use of any equipment as advised.

5. Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy

Payment: You agree to pay the fees for the services you purchase. Payment must be made in full before the services commence, according to the payment schedule outlined at the time of purchase.

Ohio Prepaid Entertainment Contracts Act: In compliance with Ohio law, you have a three-day right to cancel your service contract. You may cancel until midnight of the third business day after your first service is available and receive a full refund. To cancel, you must notify us in writing.

Cancellation by Client (after 3-day period): After the initial three-day cancellation window, you may cancel at anytime by providing us written notice but you will not be eligible for a refund for any services you have prepaid.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law, [Your Company Name] shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services or for the cost of procurement of substitute services.

7. Intellectual Property
